Perhaps, being neither a fan of Ill-annoyin’s nor Dave Matthew, I’m a little biased, but as he was parked on festival grounds, he should not have been permitted to “sleep off” his stupor on the property, nor should he have driven. It is MY opinion that he should’ve been ticketed with public intoxication and escorted off the premises, forced to call for a ride or go to the station to “sleep it off.”
