I think it is ridiculous for Disney to offer refunds just because people were stupid enough to think all they had to do was play a DVD to rear smart children! Clearly it was meant only as a stimulant, to supplement one-on-one enrichment! DUH!
It’s like Social Security… it was designed as a supplemental income… it’s not like people are dumb enough to think they can just live off of Social Security forever, using it as their sole income with zero supplemental savings! Oh, wait…
