Americans don’t know rules of the road

“The oldest drivers tested -- ages 60 to 65 -- had the highest average test scores at 80.3%.”

Yes, but 60-65 is not really that old… Where are the test scores from 75-85-year-olds? Also, know what you should do on paper is a completely different ball game than putting it into practice when you’re actually out on the road… Reaction times decrease with age, which is why I strongly believe people over 75 should have to retake a version of the road test every 2-3 years to renew their licenses…
