I found this article very interesting, as I was just talking about the same thing with my parents this weekend… Don’t get me wrong, I know Osama Bin Laden was a very bad man. He deserved to die, and I’m glad he’s dead. He deserves to spend an eternity burning in hell, and I have no doubt that he is doing just that. However, as a Christian, I am troubled by how happy I am with the fact that someone is burning in hell. I didn’t kill thousands of people or ignite terror in millions more, but I am a sinful human and, if I got what I truly deserve, I would be burning right along with him when I die… I’m so thankful for God’s grace and mercy!
